Didn't expect this problem on so many pins, turned out to be very interesting.

I used an Arduino to quickly map button row and column pins from a known good vinyl keypad in case I needed to make my own replacement when they are no longer available [Jenn Aire oven]. In my case, power surge from lightning with mains wire near the keypad ribbon caused the traces to evaporate. Thanks for sharing the video!
