Loved this Sarah. Would you consider posting more of the sleep content here on Patreon - maybe add an extra membership category for us to access them? The problem with YouTube is that unless you have premium, once a video ends they start playing adverts. So you fall asleep then BAM you’re awake again. I’d rather pay you an extra membership fee for more sleep content here, than pay YouTube for their premium membership!
