I like to sit quietly by the window. In a cloud and water meditation, I can calm down, clear my mind, nourish my heart, and calm myself in the clamor. I can polish the vicissitudes and helplessness left by the years to the earth. I can integrate the complexity into the Zen sound and let it go with the wind and clouds. I can treat my heart as simple as possible, and treat my heart as clear as water. I hope that the time will be easy, the years will be carefree, and life will be full of flowers.
