Since with all of his powers Saiki is just barely (if even at all) able to escape Teruhashi's pursuit of him, that it would be funny if he continued to fall into her social orbit. And through a series of mishaps he winds up married with several children and having no idea how it actually happened. And me being me, Teruhashi being pregnant with triplets seemed appropriate. Also of note, I copied the art style of the show. See Teruhashi without the dress in all gallery levels.
