this is gonna be great >:3

you can find the whole comic pile here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1uVFiq98WpXwCSW7EKwu3l4_t0T7iTmuJ

honestly I wish I could be producing these faster, i've been reading a lot of manga recently and seeing how their processes go, at some point I want to pick up black/white comics. I can never reach the 20 pages a week manga artists are doing, but ~5 would be doable (given I have pages written and sketched). currently we are stuck at doing 2 pages a week though, coloring just takes the biggest chunk of time.
black and white is a lot less visually appealing, but if the point is to just tell a story...
anyway done rambling X)

next page is next tuesday.  I will also create a vote for the 5$ piece over the weekend, so you can be expecting that!

have a good weekend!!

Ha ha, bluff called! Easy to talk a big game when it's all hypothetical

rictic

I guess that was pretty much unexpected by him xD Can‘t wait for the next pages ^^

He was NOT expecting Joss to be in to that idea lmao. I'm really excited for the coming pages. As for the process and switching to B&W for the sake of speed, I think only do that if you're really into the idea of trying it, and not just because you want to go faster.

That is the absolute SMUGGEST smirk I've ever been graced with, laced with all that devious "do it then" that I need in my life. Love it <3

Two pages a week is completely, fine, especially for the quality work you're doing. Seeing these characters in color is a big part of what brings them to life for me. I think it's a good idea to at least have color for the introductory parts of a comic so the reader can get a better feel for the characters and environments. Another option I've barely ever seen is only having color briefly when a new character is introduced, the scene changes, or something else of importance warrants it.

I love your comics and look forward to them. I don't ever feel like I'm waaaiting for a page to drop haha. If you're comfortable with the speed you produce, I'm fine too. I like the supply :)

oh yeah def, I would go into finer lineart and use halftone shading etc for greater effect. I am probably not gonna do a longer manga series myself, I feel like ideas would run out of steam quick, and I prefer to keep a story contained within its own bubble. also I have not seen those manga yet, I will have a look! thankyou for the suggestion

Funkybun

that is true, and thankyou! X) I wont stop any time soon, just looking into more ways to realize ideas. and even black/white comics could be colored

Funkybun

we will get there >:3

I think a black and white comic would be really fun if it's drawn similar to manga, and not look like a wip page. I've seen some manga/doujin do B&W for most the manga, and make it colored for the lewd scenes. I think it would be amazing to get a long-standing manga with these characters, there is lots to be explored through an exhibitionist relationship. Have you read the manga (Souryuu) kou iu no ga ii no? That had a really good casual exhibition relationship, and was extremely sexy too

I want to see lindsay naked :3

Personally, I enjoy the coloring you do. It really brings the characters to life.

Atka bear

oh yeah definitely, the barrier of entry is higher, it would lead to a lot less clickthrough. but with the benifit that I can more than double the pages in a week. I think I will use black/white for side projects see how it goes

Funkybun

Loving the comic so far. Regarding switching to black and white, at least for me personally, I have a much harder time getting invested in comics that aren’t colored.

AAHHHHH
