She is Rayne from BloodRayne, made on commission for Mr.Jay.
Unfortunately, I've never played BloodRayne, maybe I'll see some walkthrough on YT.
Btw, she remind me a lot of Selene from Underworld, same haircut(but different color), similar outfit, and also the type of weapons they use.
Except that Underworld tells of a centuries-old battle between vampires and werewolves.
