I noticed the other day that the quality that the images posted on patreon are garbage. Now I can't unsee it and it bothers me. I'm not quite sure what to do about this. I could post them somewhere and link them (DA, some other art site or image dump site) post zips or something at the end of the month or if it doesn't bother anyone else, keep on keeping on.

I like it then the creator adds a download link to the original size d picture (as already suggested)
