If I were interviewing you, I would offer you the job with a 50 percent pay increase over top of pay range. If you were interviewing me for a job, I would accept any offer you send my way!!!!!! Any believe me, I would do ANYTHING for you to hire me.....and I mean ANYTHING LOL! I would put in all the OT you wanted from me, assuming it was with you.
