Thank you so much for joining me this month! I have a couple photoshoots scheduled for early next week and the following weekend and I am very excited to get ready for those. December always goes by so quickly, so I'm trying to enjoy every bit of the festivities and joy of the holidays. It was 78 degrees in Las Vegas yesterday, so it does not quite feel like Christmas yet!
I thought I'd share my second visit to Picasso inside the Bellagio with you today. This time I dined indoors and tried another tasting menu. They have a gorgeous dining room with the views of the lake and fountains going outdoors, so it is a very elegant experience.
The evening started with Buffalo Trace bourbon, which I really love and was followed by an amouche bouche of Pheasant croquette, then Almond leak soup, Oysters, Lobster salad, Foie gras, Scallops and a Waygu filet. It was mouthwatering delicious! Deserts were a mastery of sweetness. If you ever have the chance to go, take it!
