Picasso
Added 2021-06-19 22:14:24 +0000 UTCI was fortunate enough to have a lovely evening at Picasso, a restaurant inside the Bellagio in Las Vegas a couple weeks ago. This restaurant is by Chef Julian Serrano and was a wonderful dining experience in front of the lake and fountain show. At this time, they have 2 amazing Welcome Back Tasting menus. I opted for the first one which included a tasty prime filet mignon, mousseline potato, and vegetables -shown in the photos. If you get a chance to go, I would highly recommend it. The dining room is very elegant as well, if you choose to dine indoors, with some of Picasso's beautiful artwork and ceramic pieces on the walls.
