Added 2020-09-30 19:51:23 +0000 UTCCan you tell I'm excited about The Blender's Dog? I decided to save the best for last! The Blenders Dog is the third whiskey in the Jameson Whiskey Makers Series. By far, it was my favorite between the three. Smooth and sweet, I could see it becoming a favorite everyday Whiskey.
It is named in honor of Jameson’s Master Blender Billy Leighton. They say this whiskey is all about harmony, complexity and balance.

Here are some notes from Master of Malt:
Nose: Succulent and quite tropical with walnut loaf, milky coffee and a small slice of fruit cake.
Palate: Chewy caramel, toffee’d pineapple, creamy oak and spice with another layer of sherried fruit.
Finish: Butterscotch sweetness and some fig notes last.
