Under different circumstances, I would be in Europe for the next couple weeks. I had a trip planned to go to a few countries this Spring, but unfortunately, life had other plans. (I'm sure many of you are going through a similar situation!) First stop, would have been Barcelona. I heard so many great stories about their food and was so looking forward to indulging myself in the culture. So many friends brought up trying Cava. You have to drink Cava, they said. (Spain's sparkling wine/champagne). Drink Cava and eat Tapas. I imagined myself perusing the streets of Barcelona, stopping at a quaint cafe and doing exactly that.

So, this weekend, I decided that if I couldn't be in Spain, I'd bring Spain to me! I picked up some Cava and some delicious Tapas from Pamplona Las Vegas. I didn't even know of this quaint Spanish restaurant so close to home. Of course, I got some photos, so you can join me on my Spanish themed evening this week. Hope you enjoy the photos!
