I feel so lucky to live in a city, where I can literally pick any hotel on the Las Vegas Strip and find an amazing dining option. I'm missing that a lot right now. Things will come back, but in the meantime, I thought I'd share a few of my favorites. They are not in order, because I love them equally!

I have heard good things about Gallagher's, but have not tried it yet. Toffee pudding sounds yummy!
