But I always thought that effeminating him would make the audience, who are used to him always having a more dominant role in most comics (with some exceptions because I also like dommy-mommies), not like the change in his role, even if temporary.
But anyway, about the idea itself. In the discarded idea (Maybe worked on in a sequel in the future) Kleo would have Spike wear feminine clothes and use makeup, which would make her want to dominate him even more! The fancy red dress from Fallout 4 was the perfect choice for the context.
Other ideas I also had were to have Kelo somehow forcing or persuading/convincing Spike to work for her while using the chastity cage and the femboy style and outfit, which would consequently make him be “used” by other male characters/futas."

You could always give Spike a twin who is a femboy. Lol could be fun if people mistook them for one another and caused some confusion in the bedroom
