On the twenty-first day of Cawotober, Queen Cawowine the Tewwible gave to me....:

A full, witchy-themed outfit comprised of a loose-fit minidress with big lacy-mesh sleeves, a lacy choker, and a witch's hat. The dress is split into two halves so that you can use it as is, or separately as top/skirt items. For Blushing and Cancelled Cattos.

This set is fully dyeable in-game. The hat has a lilac band around it that can be dyed via CS#1, and is otherwise fully dyeable as well. Outfit is useable by all non-lalafell female characters. Hat is useable by all female races.
Fit around my MEDIUM Après Moi edit of TF3. Bibo+/d Compatibility variant has all of the conversion busywork done for you.
Contains a licensed asset.
Feel free to upscale/downscale/port/modify to your heart's content. I'm not here to police what other people do. Please do not repost my premium content before its public release date.
