As useful as it would be to wear out Margrethe underwater, Auda had to think fast to get Lubo out of that tight spot, and she would want to ask them both what's going on anyway.
If you're wondering what's going on with the dialogue in panel 4, Margrethe didn't see Auda say anything about Luna "going to get more help" so since she can't hear, she assumed that Auda was the only back up Luna could get.
