Well i come a long way with my simple inflatable doll , so i want to share my progression and pictures.
This maybe help some people on a budget to get a real enjoyable doll with almost all the same features than a silicon doll or maybe more ...
"Here my tutorial" or "my way of doing it":
-first a basic inflatable standup sexdoll from aliexpress (40$)
-to stuff the doll i use bubble wrap with trashcan bag (5$)
-So i found 2 very good way to make the bone with
"iron hangers" ( 5$) or "cellphone movable holder" (15$) don't forget to link all the bone with a lace , if you want the doll stand up .
( only 4 iron hangers needed) or (7 cellphone movable holder)
-i stuff her ass with 2 silicons butt pad (20$)
-i replace the plastic boobs , with silicon one "D size" buy on ebay (35$)
total 105$
finally i can really pose her a lot without fear any break and i cut the doll 1 time in the back in the middle horizontally .
and close her with glue (and tape but not really needed)
You can also add her a silicon mouth for realistic kiss and more buy cut her mouth , but will damage her face ...
