Milk Maid Manager: Bullish Vanity

What started as bug-squashing turned into a whole expansion.  I've added two new stations: the Vanity where you can style and dye hair, and the Cock Stocks to milk bulls.  There's a whole new branch of Chemistry research and concoctions to put androgens and semen to work.  And it's totally cosmetic, but you can now flip stations left and right so they look pretty on the map.

This is much closer to the original idea I had for the game.  There's still a number of odds and ends (expanding your territory being prime among them), but what's presently operating is pretty close to my vision for this silly little smut game.

- game pause persists after you open and close windows and unpause removes pause overlay appropriately

- hairColor and hairStyle are now stored as integers, not floats, so new styles and colors can be introduced in future expansions
