Mr. Takamura carried me through the massive halls of his home like I was some kind of action figure he'd picked up off the floor. Normally, I'd have protested, but considering I'd just been nearly squished to death by Yuna in a post-sparring match fit of rage, I figured I'd take whatever dignity I had left and keep my mouth shut.

"You're lighter than I expected," he muttered as he pushed open a door with his foot. "Then again, I suppose everything about you is small."

"Wow. Thanks," I deadpanned.

He chuckled, stepping into the room. "Well, here we are," he said, looking around. "Bit big for you, but I figured you'd appreciate the extra space."

Big was an understatement. The room was massive, at least from my perspective. Sure, it was a regular-sized room for a normal person, but for someone like me? It was like stepping into a castle.

Sunlight poured in through the large window on the right, casting a golden glow over the hardwood floor. Against the left wall stood a single dresser—one that towered over me like a skyscraper. Beside it, a closet door loomed, likely filled with clothes that could double as circus tents for someone my size. And then, of course, there was the bed.

It wasn't just big. It was absurdly big. The kind of bed that could comfortably fit a small village. It sat neatly against the right wall under the window, its thick blankets looking ridiculously plush.

"Cozy," I muttered.

Mr. Takamura walked over to the dresser and gently placed me on top. Sitting there was something that caught my attention immediately—a house.

Not a normal house, of course. It was designed specifically for someone my size, complete with windows, a little balcony, and even what looked like a working front door.

I turned to Mr. Takamura, surprised. "You got this for me?"

"Yuna insisted," he said, scratching the back of his head. "Said you'd need a proper living space, not just some makeshift setup."

I wasn't sure whether to be touched or slightly worried about what Yuna's definition of a 'proper living space' entailed, but either way, I wasn't complaining.

"Get your things in order," Mr. Takamura said, stepping toward the door. "I'll be back soon."

"Got it," I replied, watching as he left and closed the door behind him.

With a deep breath, I turned back to my new home.

Pushing the tiny front door open, I stepped inside and immediately whistled. The place was nice.

It had a modern design, with sleek wooden floors and minimalist furniture. The living room had a small couch and a coffee table, and there was even a little kitchen area with a tiny fridge. Further in, I found my bedroom—small by normal standards, but absolutely perfect for me. The bed was neatly made, a tiny closet stood to the side, and there was even a desk with a lamp.

"Well, damn," I muttered. "Didn't expect luxury."

I set my bag down in the bedroom and unpacked my things. It didn't take long, given how little I actually had, but as I went through the motions, my mind kept drifting elsewhere.

Yuna.

Despite everything, I couldn't shake the thought of her. The way she had fought, the sheer determination in her eyes—it was impossible to ignore. And the way she had reacted after the match... well, let's just say she didn't take losing lightly.

I sighed, running a hand through my hair.

Sitting around wasn't going to do me any good.

I left my tiny house and walked across the dresser's wooden surface, heading for the edge. It took a while, given the sheer scale of the thing, but eventually, I reached the end and peered down.

"A long way down," I muttered.

It was at least a hundred feet from my perspective. Any normal person my size would've been pancaked if they jumped.

But I wasn't normal.

With a grin, I stepped off.

The wind rushed past me as I plummeted, but before I could hit the carpet below, I activated my power. My body flickered, and instead of crashing, I phased through the floor.

For a moment, I was nothing. A void. Empty space.

Then, just as quickly, I clawed my way back up, my hands rising from the floor before I pulled the rest of myself out.

I stood up, dusting myself off. "Still got it," I said with a smirk.

Now came the hard part.

I turned my attention to the door. It was closed, which meant I needed to find a way out. But if I could phase through floors, then—

I took a deep breath, focused, and stepped forward.

My body shimmered, and in an instant, I phased straight through the door, emerging on the other side.

I grinned. "Too easy."

Now, to find Yuna.
