Story Time + Technical Issues

Hello everyone!

Here comes the second story for February! Before I get into that, though...

Technical Issues

For the past four days my computer hasn't been working. In a particularly cursed fashion my phone happened to basically eat shit a couple of days before, so I was left entirely without technology for a few days. Well, technology that isn't the television and the toaster or whatever.

Anyway, after some tinkering with a friend we found out that the issue was the power supply. Naturally I ordered a new one right away, but that's only arrived today... like ten minutes ago today actually. I'm writing this from the phone I got repaired! Hello!

This means that I haven't been able to polish up the game update that I wanted to put out. Now I could still release it, potentially, there's like two or three new endings wrote and programmed and all put in, but they're not really super big or impressive endings, they're more incidental stuff. I was working on putting a larger more involved ending in but... yeah, computer didn't work for four days. With this in mind - and because I haven't even gotten this power supply back in yet - I am going to go ahead and alleviate myself of the burden of releasing a game update today.

I know that this is a disappointment and I apologize. I could not have gotten a new power supply sooner than I did and the original one didn't blow up because I spilled soda on it or anything, so... it's probably not my fault? Stuff like this is why I want to get the game updates finished ahead of time so that even if there's technical issues there's still something substantial to post, but... I had already posted a game update back in February, so I was a bit behind on all that.

I'm annoyed about it, but not too annoyed. March's update is going to be pretty big and spectacular and will hopefully finish the v1.3 off, bar maybe a couple of endings and some finishing touches here and there. I also put out Aimee Mode this month so there was technically a game update... okay, yeah, that one is me trying to cope a bit, but hey. It's not every day your power supply goes out.

I will have my computer up and running by tomorrow, meaning that there will be a beginning of the month post.

Story Time - Anniversary Gift

I can't do the usual banner art for this one - bit hard to do that on my phone - but I did manage to yoink this off of my Google Drive. When I get my computer fixed up later I'll whip up some banner art.

This is the first part of a story starring a Thievul and a Ninetales couple that you might remember! Why might you remember them? Well, because I wrote a story with them both in ages back! Two stories actually! Here, let me see if I can figure out how to do links on this phone...

I figured it out!

This one is called Anniversary Gift. It's a pretty gentle affair... or at least, the first part is. The second part is probably gonna get pretty raunchy, though... but maybe not super smashy? We'll see, we'll see! Or you will, because I already know what's going into it.
