Thanks for posting today Wish. I wasn’t having a good day, but this cheered me up a bit. Also since I missed the response window from your earlier post, I’d figured I give it here. I’ve been struggling with my mental health for a long time now and I feel insecure about this because I know people out there have it worse than I do: so why should I complain? However, when I was talking to a friend about this, he said something that made me change my perspective and made me feel better about it. He said that, “Yes, some people have it worse, but you denying yourself the love and support you need doesn’t help those people. It only harms you. We all deserve and help and support.” Overall, thank you again, Wish. I hope you’re doing well.
