As a neurodivergent person myself I find that these types of comfort audios can be helpful. I know I have a bunch of neurodivergent friends here so I hope this is helpful anytime you may need it. Also this can be listened to if you're just feeling overwhelmed or need a little extra support. This audio has plenty of whispering and minimal sfx. Love ya π€
