I don't think you necessarily "need" to...I think it's ultimately up to you what you think is best 🙂 In some cases you may want to make WIPs public to help get more people's attention, and in other cases you may want WIPs to be exclusive to Patreon only. I think it's totally ok do whatever you think is best for each situation 😃
