The bodybuilding contest is over, and I just barely managed to place.
I truly feel like my physique was the best it’s ever been—but it seems the growth of those around me was on another level.
Seriously, the level this year was insane! Completely incomparable to last year!😂
I’m grateful to be able to compete in an environment like this, but if I don’t step up, I’ll definitely be left behind. I need to come up with a plan to keep up and keep fighting.
At my age, people would normally say I’ve already passed my peak. But I still believe there’s room to grow.
Up until now, I’ve entered contests each year mainly for the experience—but maybe it’s time to focus on bulking carefully, so I don’t waste whatever potential I have left.🤔
I’m gonna get bigger—so big I won’t lose to Itsuha-chan!! Baby!!
