Hi, This is muchi.

Since last summer, I’ve come to realize just how important conditioning is in body sculpting, and I’ve been incorporating exercises to correct my alignment and improve flexibility before training.

I’ve been seeing great results, but lately, it feels like conditioning has taken over as my main focus rather than the training itself. While I don’t think it’s a bad thing, I do want to spend more time on higher-intensity workouts, so I’m struggling with how to manage my time effectively.

When I continue drawing manga, my posture tends to deteriorate, and I know I should pay more attention to it on a daily basis, but if it were that easy, I wouldn’t have this issue in the first place.

Regardless of age, many of my peers in the same industry suffer from physical pain, so I need to be careful as well🤔

I wish I could have a body as flexible as the heroines in erotic manga…!
