Japan has entered full-blown summer.
Our area of the country has recorded some of the hottest temperatures in all of Japan.⛱
We are not a tropical country at all, but our geography makes us unusually hot and humid.
Speaking of summer, it is the annual season of "kakigori. 🍧
This is a sweet made of finely crushed snow-like ice with various flavors. Because it is ice, it is very low in calories. (Of course, if it were flavored with high calories...)
I immediately went ahead and tried that.
The KAKIGORI in this picture is provided by a local long-established Japanese tea shop. The green part is covered with syrup made from MATCHA. And hidden in the ice are anko (red bean paste) and dango (sweet dumplings). This form of KAKIGORI with Japanese tea syrup, anko (red bean paste), and dumplings is called UJIKINTOKI. It is very tasty, but it tasted especially good to my depleted body.
Ero×Ana is currently depicting some of Sohara-senpai's diets, and I am sure Senpai would feel ecstasy if she ate this.
