I'm writing this diary on the plane right now.
The fact that planes can still fly in the sky continues to surprise me. Of course, I understand the principles to a certain extent, but even considering that, it's still amazing.
In my last diary, I talked about ingredients that produce UMAMI, and I visited the birthplace of one of those ingredients, "kombu". Of course, since it's a low-cost trip, there won't be any in-flight meals or anything like that...
Oh, just now, I received a warm soup from the cabin attendant. It's made with just kombu broth and simple seasoning, served as soup. I feel a lot of UMAMI from it.
It seems that many Japanese people recognize this taste as a nostalgic one, and it really calms me down. Maybe it's been incorporated into my genes over a long period of time.
During my travels, I finished the work on the Ero×Ana single volume book. It looks like it will be released without any problems.
