black & blue UPDATE

DEUTSCH: Helloooo, liebe Patrons! :D Es ist endlich mal wieder UPDATE TIME! Tut mir leid, dass ihr wieder etwas länger warten musstet, aber ... diese Woche musste ich wieder einen Comic für ZEIT online zeichnen UND die Seiten selbst waren etwas aufwändiger, wie ihr vielleichts ehen könnt! X,D Besonders die erste hat fast soviel Zeit wie ZWEI Seiten gefressen. Aber das horny Chaos war's mir wert! XD
Außerdem hab ich diese Woche das Kapitel fertig gelayoutet, damit ich besser einschätzen kann, ob mein Zeitplan hinhaut. Daher kommen die nächsten Seiten wahrscheinlich deutlich schneler. VuV Vieles davon ist schon vorbereitet oder teilweise fertig! :D

Zum Inhalt: Ja, Scheiße. Derek hat sich Gogo's Reaktion wahrscheinlich komplett anders vorgestellt. Und Gogo selbst sicher auch. Wir erfahren auch wieder was Neues über Gogos Psyche: Er hat riesige body-issues, weil er medizinisch gesehen mit einer Größe von 1,56 m  als kleinwüchsig gilt. Er ist zwar ein relativ großer Kleinwüchsiger, aber im Vergleich zu durchschnittlchen Männern ist er DEUTLICH kleiner.
Diese issues hat er mal mehr, als weniger gut im Griff. Erinnert ihr euch noch, als er gegen Pjotr gekämpft hat und im Ring meinte: "JA? Ich BIN cute? :D Wo liegt das Problem?!"
In dem Moment hatte er es gut im Griff. Er fühlte sich stark und in seinem Element. Aber jetzt, wo er die Körper von Dereks Subs so perfekt posiert, ausgeleuchtet und inszeniert betrachten kann... kickt der alte Komplex wieder voll rein. :,)
In der gay-Community ist das ja allgemein ein großes Problem, wie ich in diversen Podcasts wieder und wieder gehört hab. Es besteht zumindest die Annahme, dass man körperlich "perfekt" sein muss. schlank, oder muskulös -je nach Geschmack. Und natürlich groß und so weiter.... XD
OF COURSE ist nicht jeder schwule Mann so! Aber es scheint ein issue zu sein und Gogo fällt in dem Moment auch voll auf den Gedanken rein, dass er auch optisch perfekt sein muss, wenn er eine Chance haben will.
Ich will nicht leugnen, dass Derek auch optische Vorlieben hat. Er mag Twinks (wie man vielleicht merkt XDDD) und .... pretty boys. Da passt Gogo indeed wirklich nicht so ins Bild. Wenn er wieder im Training ist und seine Muskeln zurück kommen, wird er wirklich etwas anders aussehen, als Dereks Beuteschema. ABER - und das ist wichtig - Körperlichkeiten hin oder her: Derek cared nicht SO sehr, wie Gogo befürchtet.
Von der Art, wie er bisher seine Sexualität beschrieben hat, kann man's vielleicht schon erahen, aber ihm ist die EXPERIENCE so viel wichtiger, als irgendwelche Oberflächlichkeiten. Derek ist ein - auch wenn er auf den ersten Blick nicht so wirkt - sehr sensibler Mensch, dem Schwingungen, Gefühle, Harmonien und GERÜCHE sehr wichtig sind. Das mit dem Geruch ist noch nicht vorgekommen, aber er hat schon an Gogo geschnüffelt und empfindet ihn als äußerst wohlriechend XDDD Und dazu kommt natürlich noch, dass er ihn vor Andy beschützt hat. Nichts kann DAS toppen. Dass da ein Mensch ist, der IHN beschützt! Da Derek die heftigsten Daddy-issues ever hat... war das ein Moment, der bei ihm unerwartet heftige Gefühle ausgelöst hat. XD Gogo ahnt es nicht, aber Derek ist SOWAS von heftig verknallt! Wenn er es nur wüsste.... haaach!
Aber sie treffen ja bald wieder aufeinander und dann....! Ich kann's kaum mehr erwarten, ey! Ich hab SO viele süße/lustige Dialoge zwischen den beiden im Kopf!

Bei den Motiven auf Seite 1 bin ich gespannt, wie tapas entscheiden wird, was gezeigt werden darf und was nicht. Ich hab bewusst keine richtige Nacktheit mit rein genommen. Zum Einen, weil ich Derek so einschätze, dass er seine Subs nicht nackt ins Internet stellen würde (dieser Anblick ist IHM allein vorbehalten) und zum Anderen, weil's einfach nicht nötig ist, um darzustellen, was ich darstellen möchte.
Wenn allerdings mal wieder sexuelle Dinge passieren, bleibt's dabei, dass ich alles zeichnen werde.  Ich finde, in einem Comic, in dem unter anderem Sexualität ein Thema ist, wäre Zensur oder Scham diesbezüglich uangebracht!

Was kommt als nächstes? Zu 100% ein NSFW-Bild, denn ich muss eins für eine Leipziger Buchmesse Promo Aktion zeichnen XD Seid gespannt!
Danach gibt's die restlichen Seiten von chapter 10 und dann den Bonusteil, der hinten ins Buch kommt. Das bleibt dann exklusiv für euch Patrons und für die Leute, die das Buch kaufen!

Here's the ZEIT-comic, I did. Thought it'd be a nice bonus :3

ENGLISH: Helloooo, dear Patrons! :D It's finally UPDATE TIME again! I'm sorry that you had to wait a bit longer again, but ... this week I had to draw another comic for ZEIT online AND the pages themselves were a bit more time-consuming, as you can probably see! X,D The first one in particular took almost as much time as TWO pages. But it was worth the horny chaos! XD 

Also, I finished the layouts for the end of the chapter this week, so I can better estimate if my schedule will work out. So the next pages will probably come much faster. VuV A lot of it is already prepared or partially finished! :D

As for the content: Yeah, shit. Derek probably imagined Gogo's reaction to be completely different. And Gogo himself too, I'm sure. We also find out something new about Gogo's psyche: he has huge body-issues because, medically speaking, at 1.56 m tall, he's considered growth-restricted. Although he is a relatively tall man of short stature, compared to average men, he is a LOT shorter. 

He has a better or worse grip on these issues. Do you remember when he fought Pjotr and said in the ring: "YES? I AM cute? :D What's the problem?"

In that moment he had it well under control. He was feeling strong and in his element. But now, when he can see Derek's subs' bodies so perfectly posed, highlighted and staged... the old complex kicks in again. :,) 

In the gay community this is generally a big problem, as I've heard again and again in various podcasts. There is at least the assumption that you have to be physically "perfect". slim, or muscular - depending on taste. Plus, of course, tall and so on.... XD 

OF COURSE not every gay man is like that! But it does seem to be an issue and Gogo is also totally falling for the idea that he has to be visually perfect if he wants to have a chance. 

I'm not going to deny that Derek also has aesthetic preferences. He likes twinks (as you can probably tell XDDD) and .... pretty boys. So Gogo really doesn't fit the bill. Once he's back in training and his muscles come back, he'll actually look a bit different from Derek's ideal. But - and this is important - physicalities or not, Derek doesn't care as much as Gogo fears. 

You might have guessed it from the way he's described his sexuality so far, but the EXPERIENCE is so much more important to him than any superficialities. Even if he doesn't seem like it at first glance, Derek is a very sensitive person for whom vibrations, feelings, harmonies and Smells are very important. The smell thing hasn't occurred yet, but he's already been sniffing Gogo and finds him extremely nice-smelling XDDD And of course there's the fact that he protected him from Andy. There's nothing that can top that. The fact that there's a human protecting HIM! Since Derek has the fiercest daddy-issues ever... that was a moment that triggered unexpectedly strong feelings in him. XD Little does Gogo know it, but Derek has SUCH a major crush! If only he knew.... haaah!

But they're meeting again soon and then....! Can't wait for more, yo! I've got SO much cute/funny dialog between them in my head!

As for the motifs on page 1, I'm curious to see how tapas will decide what can and can't be shown. I deliberately didn't include any real nudity. Firstly, because I don't think Derek would put his subs naked on the internet (this sight is reserved for HIM alone) and secondly, because it's simply not necessary to show what I want to convey.
However, if sexual things happen again, I will continue to draw it all.  I feel that in a comic where sexuality is one of the main topics, censorship or shame would be inappropriate!

So what's next? Definitely a NSFW picture, because I have to draw one for a Leipzig Book Fair promo XD Stay tuned!
After that, there'll be the remaining pages of chapter 10 and then the bonus part at the end of the book. This will be exclusive for you Patrons and for the people who buy the book!
