So if your video can actually captivate a lot of people for 30 seconds, it will be recommended much more than usual. But if you like fade-ins, maybe there's a middle ground? Maybe start at the first 2 or 3 seconds and then slowly build up? That might work.

One tiny little thing: long fade-ins are not a good idea, because the viewer's attention span is highest in the first 30 seconds. So if you wait 8 seconds for the ASMR to start, many people will lose interest in the ASMR.
