Star Love Space Pirates release date: November 24 2024!

Hello Patrons! I have some news coming up for Star Love Space Pirates.

The projected release for Start Love Space Pirates is November 24, 2024. It's a day before my birthday, and two days before the anniversary of Maruten on Twitter.

Initially, the release date would have been October 27. This was to follow the pattern of limiting production on long projects to five months, so that the suggestion box animation would be animated following its poll results. I also have prided myself on releasing in time. in the past

However, if I were to release in October, the project would be too rushed. I had remembered that this is not the first time I have delayed a project. I delayed the release of Der Skater Sieht Geil Aus by a month so that it would be in the shape it was meant to be in. And considering the state of completion for Star Love, it would have been very tight to meet the original deadline.

Also, the year 2024 has been a somewhat stressful year in terms of balancing life and work. I had taken on too many tasks, and have even delegated work to others. But even delegating and approving is itself a lot of work. Essentially I was doing two jobs, and it resulted in less time for me to animate, or draw the art I like to draw.

So having thought about it hard, I have decided to set the release date in November. It will be better for my health, and for the project overall. In October, there will be one more special preview, and one more WIP. I am aiming for animation to be completed by the end of October. Then sound and music will have time to work on it in November before its release. If all goes well, production on Late Night Intermission will start in November (a project I am excited about!)

I hate to make you all wait for the complete animation, this truly is an ambitious script, with a runtime hovering around 13 minutes! But I think putting in the extra time is worth it. I hope you will be patient with me and my assistants as we complete this project.
