Patch 0.45 Teaser #2 & Itch Update

Progress is going steady on the next update. The bulk of the writing focuses on interactions with the 4 main woman in the Lounge update with some fun interactive scenes! Agatha seems to have misplaced her glasses again too.
Estimates for the patch are still consistent with my previous post, aiming for around two weeks from now.
The itch version of patch v0.42 will also go live later today, latest by 5pm EST.
