End of the Year Wrap - What's Happening in 2025?

Can you believe it? Just like that, the first year of being an official modder is coming to an end! It’s been an incredible journey, a wild learning experience, but more than anything, an overwhelmingly grateful one.

Let’s talk numbers: I ended 2024 with over 25K members, which feels surreal when I think back to starting this journey with fewer than 50 supporters. That growth is a story in itself, and it’s all thanks to you.

The turning point for my page was the release of the Fashion Designer mod, which continues to be one of my most popular downloads. My Sports career mods also struck a chord, and the support I’ve received for them has been nothing short of amazing. Every single comment, like, share, and download means the world to me. You’ve turned my passion into something so much bigger, and I can’t thank you enough for being part of it.

A huge shoutout to my Patreon supporters, whether you’re a long-time paid subscriber or someone who made a one-time donation, your contributions keep this dream alive. And to my free downloaders: You matter too! By playing with my mods and sharing your experiences, you help spread the word and bring even more people to my page.

What’s in store for 2025?

Next year is all about growth and refinement. My focus will be on improving existing mods, though I’ll still be releasing some exciting new ones along the way.

Here’s a sneak peek:

January Updates: Expect a major update to the Sports Mods (NFL, NBA, WNBA), introducing Assistants who will help your Sims climb the career ladder. Additionally, Sims will now be able to choose specific positions (like Quarterback or Point Guard) for a more tailored gameplay experience.

February Release: The long-awaited Sugar Baby mod will finally be released! I’m so excited for you all to dive into this one, it’s been a labour of love, and I think you’re going to adore the features it offers.

Expanding Horizons:

In 2025, I’ll also be diving into new skills, specifically interactive objects and custom animations. I’ve always had big ideas for how I want my mods to look, feel, and function, but my current skill set has held me back. Next year, that changes! By the end of 2025, I’m hopeful you’ll see some of these ideas come to life in ways that completely transform gameplay.

Mod Retirement:

With growth comes tough decisions. I’ll officially be retiring my Call CPS mod in 2025. For those who love child-protective gameplay aspects, I highly recommend checking out Lumpinou’s upcoming Law & Order Mod, which will cover similar themes with fresh mechanics and ideas.

Exploring New Opportunities

As I work on honing my skills and expanding my portfolio, I’m also starting to explore job opportunities in the gaming and modding industry. Creating content for The Sims has been my passion, and I’d love to translate the expertise I’ve gained here into a career that keeps me immersed in what I love.
