Another day, another shower 🌴

This was my first day in Bali. Waking up to such a magical place after + 24hrs of travel was just a dream

It was also my first selfportrait shoot with my tiny precious Ricoh camera 📸

And this bathroom ! I spent way too much time staring at those fishes and feeding them

Having little reminders of home everywhere in Bali (smells, taste, sounds etc ..) is what made me love this island so much

No need to mention that i'm already planing a second trip for this year 🫠

She's back !

How I've been feeling since I came back from Bali .. A mix of depression, exhaustion and procrastination 🤣

I just came back from a week of work to Italy also, you probably saw it on IG

I wanted to shoot some self-portraits on my free time but honestly I was too tired after a full day of work to do it. I still manage to shoot a couple photos but they definitely won't be the craziest I shot 🥲

One thing I absolutely loved about all the locations in Bali, is the outdoor showers 😍

What a joy it is to shower outside surrounded by nature, light and heat.

And watching the wild life roaming freely around you ...

One of my last shoot in Paris was analog only and it is such a pleasure to work with analog cameras.

It forces both the photographer and model to take their time and enjoy the moment differently and to pay more attention to details to get the right shoot at the right time

This was in our third and most beautiful location during the Indian trip.

But the weather wasn't on our side and it's been rainy and cold during our entire stay, except for maybe 2hrs where we've been able to shoot outside with the photographer. I made sure to have time to quickly snap these few self portraits before it got rainy and cold again ...

I had a hard time deciding if i prefered the edit in color or b&w so i ended up doing both lol

I'll post the color version...

Some studio work ➿

I'm not a fan of working in studio, unless the set up is incredible (concept, lights, fog, lazer, styling etc ... ) which wasn't the case here lol

Also this window was the only one in the entire studio ! Needless to say that one window in a cold studio during winter in Paris isn't the best combo for me 🤣
At least we got a cool outfit to shoot with

What happens in Vegas ... 🇺🇸

At least the outdoor gave me a nice background to shoot with while i was locking myself up in my hotel room in Vegas

It was fun to playy with the reflection. That's deifnitely an exercice i wanna try again soon. Eventually with a more exotic or tropical reflection lol

Baby it's still cold outside ❄️

If there is a heater in a room you can be sure i'll be standing next to it or sitting on it. I don't care if i burn my butt 🤣

It was indeed cold outside in Koln when we shot this set a little bit inside too ..

It's bath time 🛁

This bathroom was incredible but i was too exhausted to fully use it as i would have loved to for shootings. So instead i took a bubble bath, snapped just a few photos and finally relaxed in a bath lol

Nevada desert 🏜

Before heading to Utah last year, I had a 3 day camping tour in the desert of Nevada (reason why i was flying to Vegas despite hating that city).

It was such a fun and challenging experience for me. It was my first time camping, my tent got flooded the first night, no shower for 4 days, I was jetlagged like hell and had my periods on the 2nd day .. a lot of fun 🤣

But the places we went to were absolutely incredible, the photographers and models team were amazing, caring, sharin...

Something a little bit different for this set.

It was my first time working with lazers and the photographer made sure to scare me like hell before by repeating "YOU NEVER LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE LAZERS !!" and trust me it worked, I didnt look at them and my eyes are safe 🤣

What do you think about this shoot ? There are more lazer set ups coming, we made 4 different ones

My only requirement for this shoot was to make blurry and 'in motion' photos.
I love "imperfect" photos so damn much ! I wanted to move with the music and to see it on the pictures, not just seeing a girl half nakey on a cool chair

Under the spotlights 💡

Something a little different for the winter season as outdoor shooting is an absolute no for me 🥶

Working in studio is my least favorite unless there is a real mood set up for the shoot and the combo Stage lights + Fog definitely works for me (although you can't really see the fog in that set)
It was shot during a workshop in Germany, which i'm doing again next week
