Ice Skating Career

Hi Guys! I have come with another career for my sports girlies.

This career takes in effect the skating interactions that came with Seasons so SEASONS is REQUIRED!

The Career is a 5 Level Rabbit-hole Career with NUMEROUS Chance Cards.

Ice Skating Interactions

On the Phone under Sports Careers (GENERAL SPORTS MENU REQUIRED), Ice Skating, you will find a Dashboard of Skating Interactions.

Ice Skating Competitions

Sims in the Ice Skating Career are now eligible to compete in the Regional Tournament, starting with the Crystal Crest Challenge! To advance, they’ll need to successfully pass this stage before moving on to the next level of competition.

Crystal Crest Challenge, Blades & Brilliance Championship and Northern Lights Championship are Rabbit-hole Interactions that are opened on Thursdays - Sundays from 6pm. Each competition has joining fees.

Once you have passed all 3, your Sim will be eligible for the Shiver & Shine Competition.

IMPORTANT!!!!!

Shiver & Shine Competition is an ACTIVE 3 hours competition meaning your Sim will travel to the special lot.

For the Competition to work, you will need to have a GENERIC Ice Rink Lot with the Special Regional Skating Lot Trait

The Competition will not work without this lot trait!!!!

Once your Sim has travelled to the Lot, there will be;

• Regional Skaters (of various levels of Skating Skills)

• Regional Judge

The aim of the Competition is to Skate and try your best!

Winning at the competition gives your Sim extra Simoleons. There are currently no social interactions during the competition, this is something that I plan on adding in future releases

Once you have won all 4 Competitions, you can now enter Bigger Competitions;

Winning gives your Sim money (+ fame if you have Get Famous).

Skating Ice Shows

Unlike the Regional Competitions, the Ice Shows are open to all skill levels, allowing any Sim (in the Ice Skater Career) to join! Held on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm, your Sim can participate in these shows to earn extra simoleons, gain fame, and build their reputation.

Skating Brand Deals

As your Sim advances in their Ice Skating Career, more brand opportunities will unlock for them. Deals become available daily starting at 2pm

Skating Skill

The Seasons expansion introduced a Skating Skill, but it was hidden by default. With this mod, the Skating Skill becomes visible and can be levelled up as your Sim performs various skating activities. Now, you can track your Sim’s progress on the ice and unlock new interactions as they skate!

Computer Interactions

For gameplay people, I have included 2 computer interactions (found under Web)

Cheat

Located under Action - Sports Cheat, you can now quickly assign any Sim to the Ice Skating Career with just a click! Additionally, you can designate them as a Regional Skater, allowing them to participate and appear in the Active Regional Competition.

Milestone

AND Finally, as with all my other Sports Career, once your Sim has reached the top of their Career, they will unlock a new Life Milestone!
