Changed how the Mod gets Enabled. Disabled Practice Proposal Interaction

Hey guys! Time for another new mod!

This is the Proposal Planner. If the title didn't give it away, with this mod, you can plan your Sim's Proposal.

To enable this Mod, CLICK on your Sim and under Actions, Select the 'Enable Proposal Planner Mod'.

You can find the Mod on your Sim's Phone under a new icon titled Proposal Planner.

Engagement Rings

This option will only show if you have Crystal Creations Stuff Pack. It's not a must for you to have a ring for this mod to work. Its completely optional

However if you have Crystal Creations, you will be able to either; Order the Ring online and have it delivered via Mail or go to the Store and buy it outright.

If you have For Rent and you get a coupon from the mailbox, the rings will also be cheaper.

Proposal Venue & Location

Your Sim will go into a rabbit hole to view the location and when they come back, there will be a notification to state whether they like it or not

Send Invites

Completely Optional but your Sim can send invitations to Sims that they want at the proposal. It will only show Sims that your Sim knows and this can only be done ONCE. They will get a Relationship Bit that states that they have been invited to your Proposal.

NOTE: When it finally comes to the Proposal, you will have the option to invite guests. If you haven't sent any invites, the options will be empty so make sure you have sent the invites before moving ahead.

Hire a Proposal Planner

If you don't want to do all the hard work, you can hire a Proposal Planner and this will cost §1500.

Invite Proposal Planner Over

Once you have hired a planner, you can now invite them over for Planning consultation. Every time you invite them over, it will cost your Sim §250.

The Planner will arrive asap (if using a new save, allow the game to generate townies) and you will be able to talk to them about the Proposal. These interactions will only show during the visit.

The Planner will ask your Sim various questions and the most important one is the Location! When you tell the Planner which Location you want, they will go away to help you find one.

The options depends on what lots you have in your game. If you select 'The Beach' but you don't have any beaches in your game, your Planner will never get back to you so make sure you already have the lots in your game!

If you say Okay, your Sim will automatically travel to the lot with the Planner. If the planner doesn't show, they will be replaced by their colleague. While there, you will have new interactions with the Planner.

If you say No, the call will be rescheduled.

If you don't like the venue, when it comes to making the Final Decision, you can tell the Planner. They will then go away and continue to look for venues for you until you find one you like.

Final Decisions

You can either make the final decisions through the Proposal Menu or the Proposal Planner. If you use the Proposal Menu, you will need to answer various questions

Just like before, the most important thing is The Location. Once you have made the final decision regarding the location, you will have unlocked the required proposal event.

This can be found on the Proposal Planner Menu

This will open the Calendar where you will have to plan an event.

Without picking a venue, this will NOT show in the Plan an Event UI.

This works like the Wedding/Date event. Some activities are base game while others depends on packs and some activities are based on the location selected.

Change of Heart?

Want a different location? Once you have selected a location, in the Phone pie menu, you will see 'New Proposal Location' and once selected, it will clear the location and you can make some new Final Decisions again but this will only work after 1 Sim Week so make sure you've made the right decision at the start.

Interactions

To your Sim's Partner, your Sim can also 'Hint about Proposal'. This can be found under Romantic - Affection.

To other Sims, your Sim can Seek Proposal Advice which can be found under Friendly - Small Talk.

After a Successful Proposal, your Sim can now also Tell Story about the Proposal which can be found under Friendly - Stories

Milestone

After Proposing, your Sim will get a milestone that shows that they have proposed. This is repeatable so if you have a Sim that just LOVES to propose, they will get this repeatedly
