Last night a family meeting was called, and we were told that my dad has cancer. Albeit it was caught early, but this is really my final straw.

It’s as if I’m on a lifeboat that is being home with my family, and now there’s a leak in my boat… it’s just one more thing on my stress list.

As you have seen on Patreon, I am going back and forth between ok days and not so ok days. Having cPTSD and flashbacks, I am just struggling to be a functioning human being.

I’m hyperfocusing too hard on my favorite things which right now is anime and gaming. I am also struggling with drinking and smoking. I hate admitting it but, accountability does wonders so I might as well tell yall.

I found a counselor to talk to and really start letting shit go....

So, what yesterday’s feeling weird was leading up to ended up being flashbacks and 2 panic attacks, and not a lot of sleep.
