Added 2024-11-23 21:54:11 +0000 UTCI try to play fair. Unfortunately, there are some guys who don't want to do it. I'm gonna say this only once; READ your Patreon emails. The reason Alphas are up only for few days is for you guys to pinpoint the problems, nothing else. One of the guys here has shared his Patreon login/pass for pirating.
First of all, it's you guys here, at Patreon who deserves the privilege to get the content, no one else. Like mentioned before, all public here is public also to the pirate sites. Meaning, I create something for you, lots of people not willing to support the development gets the content also. This is not ok.
First of all, this is my only income. Like think if someone would take 50% of your salary for no reason at all. Second, I pay for every download. I have a heavy statistics of the downloads, and it's quite interesting to see how the supporter count doesn't match up with the download amounts, like +1200% more.
I'm not stupid, this is why lots of my content is behind the key, which calls home, or I have a short life span for the releases with a reason.
So before you complain, READ your emails. I'm trying to protect us both!

Hey I hafe now a abbo for 2 monts and not a master computersients and hafe no idee where to find the key I supose to get , but I like the stuff I can See already and think whene the game is totaal I can play it too … I respect the makers and am happy the make this kind of Nice shit 😀 so Thanks and please go on …. ✌️🍀🙏

In Germany for Exsample you have to deal with Age verification to sell Porn, Tobacco and or Alcohol. When you dont do that. You are not allowed to sell. And since Steam doesnt support stuff like Age verification via video call or mail office... they shut down every Pornografic Content on the Library for those countrys... and as a User you cant just simply use an vpn... your whole Account is branded with the Location you where with all you purchases... So... im a big Steam User, but my Citor3 Games i got all from Itch.io

Maybe just an idea for next time to send PM to certain people (that you kind of trust) to play test alpha version and give you feedback and later post a "watered down" stable version publicly on Patreon? I might stretch stuff since it might go againts Patreon policy but it's just an idea.

The bright side is, not having a key gives you a playtime to see how it goes. I understand your angle, and the fact I can never win, and it's ok. The first release will have SF kernel level DRM, which hasn't been hacked till today. The secondary release is with the Steam, IF they allow it, as the content is something they might not tolerate. At the same time with the Steam will be Itch.io and bunch of other places, but by this time, it doesn't matter if there is any DRM, as it's already everywhere.

The more you try to protect it, the more they will try to crack it. It's inevitable, but the bright side is that it can also bring you new supporters, like myself for example. I found about your projects on adult forum where I got to try the second FD game and it was so fantastic that I decided to support you. In my opinion you can't win this war, just let them be and release the game on Steam when it's done. It really would be a shame for you to burn energy on fighting pirates instead of finishing the FD3 that we are all eagerly waiting for it for quite some time now. Just my two cents.
