Constantly looking for new ideas...

First of all, yes, I've been really busy with the new office. I have now 25 sqm space for 360 degree motion capture and for the VR. Old space...it was always hard or impossible. I'm running now 3 Kinect-2 sensors in one space for the mocap... and the results, awesome!

As you know, I always look for new tech ideas, so here is one I'm going to create for you; A setup with a Dominatrix and the slave. The difference here is that it's not  a Unity render. If you remember the Mantis (2D DAZ render), this new production is done in DAZ Studio, but the scene is different; it's all VR, meaning you have 180 FOV to play like any VR adult film; VRHush, Naughty America etc... +the quality is almost photo-realistic!

The drawback is... it's darn slow to render, I can't use any old tricks like render chars as own layer and bg as own layer+ I have to render to both eyes.

I'm rendering this stuff when I'm sleeping, so I have no idea how it looks when I wake up... I have now 2 laptops to render this, so yep, will take time, but it's coming! I got this idea from Andrew Blake, I think it was his work, but please correct me if I'm wrong. The original film was dated to 1990's, one of the girls had red corset and she was riding the chic with a black corset wearing a dildo belt. The set was like a huge villa with a pool... Got my hormones to go merry-around with it :D

Also, working with the FD2, but I must say the challenge is a huge to take and put all the things together; the complexity is just insane. Gimme time with this, it's worth it!

One thing I really dislike; I have to censor my own texts before I can publish here... I get this box saying "you are about to violate our rules"... So yep, this text has all the funky stuff gone...

ah .. I have an rtx2070 in this and the other system, actually I designed the first nvidea graphics cards many years ago. still, I don't see how a laptop is more powerful than a fully loaded/specked desktop used for 3d cad or PCB autoroute 12 layers and.. but I am new to modeling though I do have a 3d printer and going to play with fusion as I used AutoCAD and solid works a lot in the past, the iray server, not sure what that is as I looked and plugins were a few hundred dollars .. the PCB rout software was 20x that .. but anyway, the offer was there and i still have to sort out how to play amoreon when i get time

Thanks for the offer! I basically have 3 options; copy the scene to another machine with identical DAZ studio setup, setup my own Iray server (expensive) or buy rendering time from commercial operator (maybe doable). All rendering is done with GPU, using CPU is extremely slow (like 5% of the speed of the GPU). This new laptop renders relatively fast with RTX2080, overnight I can render about 300 frames for one eye. The second laptop, old, renders about 75% slower...

It's important that your computer can render VR with enough FPS. And I get mostly sick if the VR cam moves without I move IRL (physically). These two points are critical for me. I hope it helps you a little bit.

basically, I have a huge fast ryzen, 16 processors, whatever system with full loaded ddr4 (the fastest thing I could buy 3 months ago ) and I don't mind letting it do the monkey work for you and send results back. I also have a slightly smaller system about the same spec. it has to be a lot quicker than a laptop

hmm, keep forgetting it posts when 6you hit enter... I have had similar problems when `number crunching` 12 layer PCBs to get a `feel` as to if routing is possible.. my solution, have a dedicated fast system and let it do it .. also .. what I am getting at is, why don't you let somebody else do the number crunching for you and send you the results .. I am working on the example,e of complex PCB design .. ie send an unrouted/unplaced PCB to load into my fancy software, then let that fast system do the work and end up with a result and send back the routed finished result.

That's awsome to know! I pretty much quote the comment above. I don't even have a VR setup, maybe I'll get it in the future but it'll be nice to be able to choose between 2D and VR. And for FD2, you've gotta take all the time it takes. Creators like you have the luck to stand out from big companies because you can shift the due dates. Hence delivering an enjoyable product, against those very early and buggy releases of major studios. Keep up the good work man!!! :)

I hope this content will be playable without VR, I can't play VR without getting horribly sick... :(
