He's heard a lot about it and knows about the risk of an overdose, which would leave him a woman forever. Matt takes one of the pills and transforms into a woman slightly shorter than him, with long hair and a large bust. Matt is delighted with his feminine form, but becomes a little embarrassed when his pants slide down, revealing his nude crotch. But since he's now a woman, it's not so bad for him. Matt wants to use this new opportunity he now has to have fun and play pranks on his friends. First, it happens to Aika and Maria. He finds the two of them in a bathroom and puts Aika's trunks in Maria's locker. Then he comes as a woman in quite by chance, while Maria tries to explain that she doesn't know why Aika's trunks are in her locker. The next day, he plays a prank on Riko and Yoshiko. He runs up to Riko as a woman, calls her by the nickname Yoshiko always calls her, and gives her a passionate French kiss. He then runs away laughing and tells Riko that they'll meet again later. A confused Riko then tries to explain to an annoyed Yoshiko that she doesn't know why the woman called her that and why she kissed her like that. This continues for a whole week, with Matt playing a different prank every day. Saki has heard about this and, on her way to her locker, wonders what this strange thing is about with her friends. She then accidentally sees Matt take one of the pills and transform into a woman, then go to the locker room. Saki follows Matt and finds him fiddling with her locker. Then she recognizes Matt, who is now a woman, as the woman her friends described, and that this was Matt all along. Saki then leaves the locker room to reassure Matt that no one knows his secret. A few days later, the girls lure Matt to Saki's house with the help of Izumi. Saki reveals that the six know that he is the one who, as a woman, has played so many unfunny pranks on them over the past two weeks. Akia, Maria, Yoshiko, Riko, and Izumi then hold Matt to the ground while Saki searches his pockets. She finds the pills and also knows the side effects of an overdose. All six agree that as compensation for his pranks, Matt should become a woman forever, and Saki gives him all the remaining pills at once. Matt transforms into a woman for the final time and will remain one forever from now on. To celebrate his rebirth as a woman, the six girls give him a new outfit. After a week, Matt has adjusted to his new, permanent form and has reconciled with the girls. They are now at his place to have something to eat and a sleepover.
