Photoset - Roller Boogie (Part 1)
Added 2024-10-08 18:15:44 +0000 UTCI was recently looking through my archives and I was drawn to the folder for this shoot from five years ago. Looking through them, I realised that I would be as happy with these if I shot them today as I was five years ago it was one of those rare outdoor shoots where pretty much everything went to plan. The only thing I wasn't overly happy with was the editing. At the time, I loved the way I had worked on them, but my retouching and colour toning skills have come a long way since then. I was also a tad disappointed that back then I only edited a relatively small handful. I think it was probably because I was doing so many shoots, and back then retouching took me much longer (and I was using a much slower laptop).
I had a couple of cancellations over the past few days, so I decided to use this gained time to go through these and start from scratch with the editing, and also edit a lot more of them this time. In fact, I have now done so many that I will be spreading these out over the coming months. I will write a lot more about this shoot, and how I went about planning it, in part 2.
