Since she is not so flexible, it takes her longer to change clothes, which means that she and her friends are late for gym class. Miss Saruta is the gym class teacher and initially wonders about Izumi's appearance and whether they can do sports at all. Izumi, who has always been very athletic, assures her that this is not a problem for her and so gym class begins with an endurance run. That's where the problems start for Izumi. She can't run. Every time she tries, she loses her balance and falls. Too proud to stop the endurance run, she goes as fast as she can while her classmates run and lapping her multiple times. Unsurprisingly, this frustrates Izumi, but she still wants to continue living as normally as possible, even though she's a living gold statue right now. Continuation?
