Basically the opposite of Determined Fat--she's completely unaware of her weight and really doesn't care either way. Shows up a LOT in WG fiction, despite being particularly unrealistic; people in real life don't tend to blithely dismiss trouble getting from room to room with "oh well, I guess the doorways shrank."
