This show does a fantastic job at showcasing Jinx's mental illness. It's just so tragic to see. I do find the Jinx and Silco relationship a very interesting one. Silco definitely sees her as a daughter and defends her to the others when she messes up. He empathizes with her because they both were betrayed by someone they loved. (Definitely not a girlfriend or anything weird. In fact I think she's not even an adult yet, 17 maybe). Sadly Power did have severe abandonment issues from the trauma she witnessed as a small child and why she was so attached to Vi and needed to always feel apart of the crew. Now all she has is Silco to cling on to and will do anything she can to receive that validation. I'm glad you guys caught on quickly that it wasn't actually Vi that Jinx shot. I've seen many reactors confused by that part.
