The rage isn't part of the procedure. Jessica's mom only has it because she was in the car accident, which already damaged her brain. Trish isn't brain damaged. So she cant have the rage if the procedure worked or not. Trish hasn't really hurt anyone. Yeah she knocked Malcolm out, but other than aiming a gun, she never intentionally tried to harm someone. But other than murder, I don't think Trish was gonna let anything stop her. It's just that she is so self righteous and she doesn't see that she was becoming a different person to get what she wanted.
