Clone Wars 611 | FULL AKIMA Reactions

An episode focused on Yoda?! Do I hear Qui-Gon Jinn?! Talk about nostalgia, even though certain events haven't happened in this timeline yet. Wow!

Also, how cool is it that Yoda chooses to be in cahoots with the Temple's trouble maker? "Friends, we are?" - Yeah. "A choice you must make. Worried for you, I am." - Why is that? "Do something for me, you must. (smiling) Blamed, you will be." - Wha..????

Years ago I found out that the pastor at my church watches the Clone Wars (long time SW fan) and this is her favorite episode. One can see why - such an inside look into Jedi spirituality, the power of prayer (meditation here) and unwavering faith in a superior design or higher power. I can say more but I just wanted to add that tidbit - because there's something in Star Wars for everyone. This is one of my favorite story arcs.

Yoda tells Obiwan in Revenge of the Sith about Qui-Gon and how he will also receive training: https://youtu.be/ZLcKdsCgMNQ I agree with Dawn, so much nostalgia in this episode with the music and also it was great to hear Liam Neeson again. He was actually going to be on Revenge of the Sith but due to an injury he couldn't. We can't complain though, instead of probably a minute or two in Revenge of the Sith we got to hear from Qui Gon in Clone Wars 😊

Yes it was Liam Neeson, you can confirm it if you watch the credits :)

I love how we actually got to see the entire Jedi Council present. One of the few times we get to see that and you may have not noticed but there's an empty seat which use to be Master Even Piell (the jedi from the citadel prison) which is now open for Anakin when is made a member of the Jedi Council by Palpatine's request.

So many Easter eggs in this episode. We obviously have the planet where Yoda goes into hiding: Dagobah. We have the dark side cave where Luke was told to enter when he meet Master Yoda. There Yoda saw a vision of the future and we see that Master Shaak Ti dies by having a blue lightsaber stab her through her back, which unfortunately is Anakin's during Order 66. Of course, Luke's vision was different as he feared that he would become Darth Vader. Now Yoda finally knows the name of the Sith lord: Darth Sidious.

Do NOT start The Bad Batch until AFTER you're done with The Clone Wars
