Can't really argue that, but its the fault of the writers. IMO, all but two female characters are written horribly.

Did you notice the way Boone was looking at Sayid and Shannon in the last scene? Also, not a spoiler since the song name isn't spoken later in the show, the song Shannon was singing if you haven't figured it out yet is Beyond the Sea, from the end of Finding Nemo!
