Movie POLL- VOTE on what we are watching next! :)

Hi all and welcome back! Time for another POLL!

Thank you for all your requests, your support and being patient! We are reacting to a lot every week now thanks to you! So much more than last year!

Requests that didn't make it in are probably on our LIST, but feel free to request again to bump them back to the top! I do keep track of all requests! Or try my best too :) Please don't get discouraged if your request isn't super popular.. we do randomly select one almost every week to give every request a fighting chance :)

Any trolling, do not engage. Let me know and I'll handle it. That person will be banned and then their VOTES will disappear. We want to keep this fair and fun.

Please give us a week or so so watch what WINS, edit and upload. :)

Thank you everyone for supporting us!

Oh! Good news! I am so happy my twin brother will be joining in on random reactions! Mom is getting tired as of late and will continue doing the channel.. but Tom will step in when she needs a break from a movie or two :) He is funny and I think will make a good addition to our Storm Team!

Kim, Tom and I decided to watch Halloween (the first one), Conjuring 2 (we were told we can watch that without watching the first one) and maybe something else if time allows. Mom requested not to watch any jump scare movies, LOL!

So expect those in October! :D

Comments

Silver Bullet is a great 80s film worth watching.

Aaron Barlow

I hope you guys watch The Worlds End one day. Finish of the Cornetto Trilogy

Tiger Chu

Oh, god looks like it's going to be 2 Indiana Jones movies in a row... 😩 At least this one is the one I remember kind of liking; they were family movie night movies long ago and I didn't remember too much about them. I tried re-watching the first one because Dawn and Co. were doing it, but I was soooo bored, sorry!😖 I skipped Temple cause I remember it being gross, but I maaaay give this one a chance to see if I remember correctly about liking it. 😛

My usual requests: My Girl 1991 Benny & Joon 1993 A League Of Their Own 1992 Freaky Friday 2003 The Crow 1994 Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind 2004 Spooky requests for the Spooky Month: Interview with The Vampire 1994 The Craft 1996 The Exorcist III 1990 The Crow 1994 Session 9 - 2001 The Lost Boys 1987 The Thing 1982 (It's like Alien in Antarctica only with pretty relevant-to-today paranoia elements) Scream 1996 Friday the 13th, Part 6 (the first meta horror movie that influenced Kevin Williamson, writer of Scream and also the one Friday that IMO feels like a real movie with good humor in the writing and genuine fun characters that are not just fodder for Jason) Carrie 1976 Rabid 1977 The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1974 The Others 2001

I second the Hellboy request. The directing, the cast, and the aesthetics of the movie were great.

Rafael Benedicto

I think people want it to win so it can be watched and over and done with

Sohail Jafar

Prisoner, air force one, the prestige and rush hour movies would be cool. I also hope you'll eventually react to men in black 3

Abeer Nasser Alkethairi

Though I'm personally looking forward to the next Indy movie, I can certainly empathize with your frustration that certain types of movies always seem to win the polls. (Even the bonus reactions tend to follow a certain trend; the ladies tend to pick out movies that they already have some passing familiarity with in some way - the Disney brand name, or an actor they know, etc.) The overall system decreases the odds that less mainstream, or more cerebral movies will get reactions. (Having said that, I don't want to complain too much, as I've personally been enjoying a lot of recent reactions, maybe because I've liked more of the recent poll-winners than in the past.)

WastedPo

I’ll repeat a couple past requests that also happen to fit the Halloween season. (I feel they're all Mom-appropriate too.) They won’t place very highly in polls, so I’m hoping for bonus reactions. 10 CLOVERFIELD LANE (2016): Vaguely Halloween-ish in that it’s suspenseful with mild horror elements. Standalone movie with no plot ties to ‘Cloverfield’ from 2008. A woman (Mary Elizabeth Winstead of ‘Scott Pilgrim’) gets into a car accident and wakes up in a basement/bunker with grizzled survivalist John Goodman. THE OTHERS (2001): A leisurely-paced, beautifully-shot movie starring Nicole Kidman, taking place during WWII in a lonely mansion on an English isle. While her husband is fighting in the war, Kidman must take care of their two children who suffer from a rare disease – extreme sensitivity to light. HELLBOY - EXTENDED (2004): I know it’s already on the poll, but I’d like to make the case for why this is also a Halloween movie. (a) A fairly long sequence takes place on Halloween. (b) The aesthetic includes lots of gothic architecture, fallen leaves, dark blues and oranges. (c) Some fun creature effects with Hellboy and Co. fighting the forces of evil.

WastedPo

Thanks for requesting this. I've asked for this in the past, and I'll ask for it again. I agree that the only hope of this getting a reaction is a random/surprise one.

WastedPo

It will never win a poll, but i think you would really enjoy 10 Cloverfield Lane.

bohoobobo

In honor of Chadwick Bozeman, 43 should definitely be one of the top voted movies.

Y.T. Cheng

Scream

Anthony

Sleepaway camp is definitely a movie to watch in October!

I suggest Star Trek into Darkness since you already did Star Trek

William Weber

Billy Elliot

jcx94

Ooh! You ought to watch the first Conjuring movie too just because it's so good. But I'll happily take anything with Vera Farmiga in it! (I even watched Orphan which was just dumb -- like a bad remake of The Good Son)

zammmerjammer

You know, it's funny, I knew "Indiana Jones 3" was going to be on the next Poll and I knew most people were going to vote for it. Actually, as a matter-of-fact, it's pretty sad, I already had a good idea of where this Poll was going, so honestly, there was no reason for me to vote, but of course I did anyway.

Darius.

Oh and another one...you should watch and react to the Free Willy trilogy. Family movies.

Stephanie

My suggestions: War Horse, The Amazing Spiderman, A Perfect World (again 😄), The Empire Of The Sun, Drive, Red Dragon, The Man From U.N.C.L.E (2015).

Stephanie

That's a great list of movies. I would love to see the reaction to all of them.

Stephanie

OH the Addams Family and the Addams Family 2 PLEASE??????

Wow, people really like Indiana Jones

Sohail Jafar

I guess that’s just the kind of voters they attract, makes sense. None of my suggestions have even shown up for weeks, yet I’m still paying for everybody to throw out more popcorn flicks and stack the polls. Play w the cards you got, I guess

I like to add Scream, fantastic movie for October.

Amardeep Singh

why is justice league getting alot of votes?

cori washington

Not trying to get in trouble but some of the voters should be ashamed. It seems like you just want the girls to watch popcorn movies instead of something with actual substance

Shehab Dawoud

I just know The Silence of the Lambs would be a fantastic reaction video! 🙏🙏

Scoobert Doobert

Please react to Maze Runner. They're so fun! Can't wait to meet your brother :)

My requests are: Halloween (2018) - a direct sequel to the first film and part of a new trilogy Game Night - A hilarious comedy with a twist

Hi girls. What happened with Rocky? Kiss for.all

Again I am going to keep rooting for non blockbuster franchise films. I wish we can really take a break from them. Dunkirk directed by Christopher Nolan is such a breathtaking film. The Social Network which is the best film of this decade is incredible and movies like There Will Be Blood are also great adds. I would love a separate poll for non blockbuster franchise films. Tired of mediocre huge films

Pinhead Larry

Also, I just read the post. Hope your mom gets plenty of rest! Completely understandable with the amount of content she helps produce each week. Also, I think you should start with the first conjuring. But that’s my opinion 😁

Daryl

Movie List - Batman ‘89 The Burbs Rocky - (and eventually the Rocky film series) Poltergeist Warrior Step Brothers Toy Soldiers 13 Hours Star Trek ll: Wrath of Khan Clue Air Force One Remember the Titans Predator Anchorman American Sniper Lethal Weapon The Rock True Lies A Few Good Men Hot Shots Apollo 13 Sky High The Fugitive Dazed and Confused Real Steel Secret of My Success Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves Rock of Ages The Rundown The Expendables Con Air Seven The Negotiator The Cutting Edge Space Cowboys Rudy Dick Tracy Airplane! The Karate Kid

Still hoping for a Batman'89 win one of these days. But really glad Last Crusade is pulling through.

Trying reallyyyyy hard to up the ante with my one vote for The Green Mile. 🤣

Daryl

Also you really do need to watch the first conjuring before the second - it's really important for the character development

Anne

The Green Mile and Schindler's List!!

Anne

Good suggestion!

Daniel R

Hello again! Commenting every week in hopes of a V for Vendetta reaction on November 5th!

Michael McGee

i put that on my list of recommendations on the last poll.

Katie Bjordahl

The newly released The Devil All The Time on netflix is really good. It has a bunch of people that you'll recognize too :D

Michaela Talley

I would vote for Indy 3, but since it's probably gonna win anyways I voted for Ghostbusters 2, which would be perfect for Halloween since they reacted to 1 last year.

YodatheHobbit

Request: Jackie Brown, Mission Impossible, Casino, Girl Gone (watched again recently. Amazing dramatic thriller), and Hangover (classic comedy).

Thomas Massie

Honorable mentions: Rocky, Karate Kid (especially since I've been watching Cobra Kai), and The Departed.

Thomas Massie

Storm Akima...is there any way you can do reactions for the movies: "San Andreas" with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, all three of the "Night at the Museum" movies with Ben Stiller and Robin Williams, and "Crazy Rich Asians" ??? And also I hope you'll be doing a reaction for "The Mummy Returns" with Brendan Fraser soon too.

I had suggested The Thing (1982) as well. A lot of the best horror movies include elements of mystery and suspense. I also suggested Christine (1983), which was also by the same director of Halloween.

Justin S.

Kubo and the Two Strings, The Warriors (1979), Superman (1978), Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Life of Brian, Die Hard, Aquaman, Air Force One, Jojo Rabbit, Birds of Prey and Shazam are all great movies for potential reactions in my opinion.

Adam Grunther

I can't tell you how disappointed I was with the Child's Play remake... I felt cheated and robbed

Daniel R

Batman and Batman Returns please :) I know y'all love Tim Burton so why not?

Daniel R

I know I'm super excited for it if it wins. Hilariously enough, I think the Rob Zombie Halloween movie would make for funnier reactions because of how intense and over the top it is. I know a lot of fans don't like it but I think it's great and makes Michael feel like a legit monster.

Daniel R

I know, my OCD has been triggered with them going with the sequel first :/ lol

Daniel R

Glad to see Enola Holmes on the poll! I was going to suggest it. It's very cute and lighthearted and I think you'd all enjoy it. And would be surprised to see Millie Bobby Brown actually have lines lol. Mad Max: Fury Road Snowpiercer Parasite Attack the Block The Old Guard La La Land The Social Network The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011) Get Out Good Will Hunting The Imitation Game The Theory of Everything Remember the Titans Stand by Me Legends of the Fall Little Women (1994 and/or 2019) Bridesmaids Love, Simon School of Rock My Halloween/horror suggestion is The Thing (1982). It's by the same director of Halloween and stars Kurt Russell. I'm not someone who is really into horror but it's a great film and has a lot of other genre elements particularly thriller and mystery. Hope your mom gets the rest she needs, and looking forward to seeing your brother.

rhaegar

Good to hear that some scary movie reactions are coming soon! Also, Mom deserves a break for sure. Yes, Halloween (1978) is definitely one of the best horror films and The Conjuring series/universe are among the best recent scary flicks. I'll take a break from my usual suggestions to give some scary movie requests. I hope to see some of them at least make a poll in the near future! The Fly (1986), The Thing (1982), and Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992). Three of the best horror films that are must sees but just wanted to give a heads up on the violence/gore so you guys are mentally prepared for these reactions. Wolf (1994) This might be Jack Nicholson's most underrated movie and it is definitely worth watching. Fallen (1998) A good, spooky thriller starring Denzel Washington Christine (1983) One of my favorite horror films and based on the novel by Stephen King. Directed by John Carpenter, who also directed Halloween. Child's Play (1988) The original Chucky movie and still the best. Gremlins (1984) Classic family monster movie which is quite unique. The Relic (1997) A fun monster flick. The Ninth Gate (1999) A creepy mystery film starring Johnny Depp.

Justin S.

I’ll miss mom for the Halloween movie but I’m so excited for it nonetheless! It’s one of my favorite horror franchises! :D

alo bermudez

Just going to toss these movies into the recommend bucket: - Attack the Block - Brick - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) [best TMNT movie] - The Cabin in the Woods - Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - Gone Girl - Jo Jo Rabbit - Get Out

TibrisG

I strongly hope that either Green Mile, or Silence of the Lambs, or Indiana Jones 3 win!

Armchair Wizard

You ladies should save Ghostbusters 2 for the week of Halloween but anytime is good. Casino Royale(James Bond movie), Zodiac, Hitch, The Amazing Spiderman, Beverly Hills Cop, Jackie Brown and Once_Upon_a_Time_in_Hollywood would all be good watches.

Tomcats62

Shazam! (not connected to Justice League)

These polls should be the checkmark variety, where you can vote for multiple movies. I mean that as in, I just did it on my computer.

Steven Dorsey

Very excited to meet Tom

Hope Mom feels better. And HALLOWEEN!!! That got me so excited!! My favorite horror franchise and one of my favorite horror movies. I legit am beyond excited for that!

DylanWirta94

Damn I wish I could vote for more than one, there are some good ones here.

Aaron Barlow

My recommendations for the next movie list: Children of Men, Deep Impact, Brick and A.I. Artificial Intelligence 😊 (I hope the green mile wins this poll!!!)

Daryl

Steven Spielberg’s Close Encounters of the Third Kind director’s edition.

David Olden

Dude why are you missing out the first Conjuring film? It’s extremely good and I can’t see any reason why you would miss it out?

Fraser

Please can you consider adding ‘The perks of being a wallflower’ to the next poll? Thanks!❤️

jamie

Watch Puffs! It’s a Harry Potter play on Amazon!
