new hair swatches + computer update + some stuff

i haven't been able to get that computer built yet (lol @ gpu shortage, backorder since november) BUT i can use my boyfriend's computer when he's not using it, so i've been installing the stuff i need to make cc on there :> (we only moved in together recently, so i wasn't able to do this earlier)
