I was so afraid of him and for Skye at first.. but now I can see he's a lot more complex than originally thought. He really does love his daughter, but is grasping at straws for some father-daughter relationship. Love Skye for how compassionate she is... even towards her Dad..

The energy, excitement, thrill, mystery and passion is exactly what I love in a show! Coulson and Skye are my favorite characters! I do have many seconds too!! May is a close first though!

2020-09-14 00:14:19 +0000 UTCFun fact: The character of Skye/Daisy Johnson/Quake is actually in the comics, but the version of Quake in the comics is significantly different from Daisy on the show. Pretty much the same name, powers, and being a high level Agent of Shield, but her background and overall story are very different from Quake on the show. So, nothing much in the way of spoilers there. One interesting point about Quake in the comics... she once took the Hulk down by causing him to have a heart attack. She's a seriously powerful character, despite mostly keeping out of the spotlight.
