MOVIE VOTE- What are we watching next?!
Added 2019-08-24 19:27:51 +0000 UTCHi everyone and welcome back! I'm going to start making these weekly now that I have editors helping me with our videos! I'm thinking every Friday after this one. Yay!
I rotated our requests (we have a big list!), so please don't despair if yours didn't make it in this time :) Also, I know most popular win, but we do watch one of our choosing when we have extra time (usually less popular ones).
Thank you all for making this possible! I edit all the time and manage our channel and reactions. Since July, I hired help with editing. Kim is still in training, but is a hard worker and might become an editor this fall. This means we are reacting to a lot more than we ever have! If we keep growing, we'll be able to watch more since I will have more freedom from editing with added help. Right where we are now though is amazing and we thank you all for that! xoxo

2019-08-27 15:41:56 +0000 UTCI'm a little surprised that Spider-Man 3 is doing so well. It's not that I hate the movie, and it's certainly not as bad as its reputation makes it out to be. On the other hand, it's not exactly the most popular movie in the world. I wonder if people are in part motivated because they want a complete set of reactions to this trilogy.

So we've got Spider-man 3, Toy Story 2 +3, now back BTTF 2 +3 and the DC film universe (can throw in the matrix sequels but doubt anyone is that fussed for them). I feel like the Apes films got forced through even though they weren't always the top pics, why do the other series not get the same treatment? One to ponder I guess...

It's the longest of long shots but it's SUCH a good movie -- perfect blend of suspense and comedy -- while being very smart and fun and almost creepily prescient about the rise of the Information Age. Oh, and did I mention the cast is amazing? Robert Redford, Sidney Poitier, Ben Kingsley, Mary McDonnell, Dan Aykroyd, David Strathairn, River Phoenix, and James Earl Jones! (plus it was River Phoenix's last movie. π’)
